Not a great first visit for me and my son

First visit for me and my son was not a great start. We had to wait 50 minutes for our appointments. I was meant to be on my lunch break and so it was very stressful. The reception staff were doing all they could but 50 minutes waiting time is not on. If I was 50 minutes late I would miss my appointment and get charged!
