As a patient who had not been to a dentist for a very long time, and was extremely nervous and anxious, I was made to feel welcome and not silly at being frightened about going to the practice. Also I knew my teeth were not the best and George was understanding and made me feel ok about being worried. I would highly recommend this practice as all staff are friendly and understanding.
