Having been rather disappointed by the lack of response to 2 separate phone messages trying to confirm a slot for the following day and ringing a 3rd time the day of the appointment at midday , I then had a very good visit for a routine hygiene appointment and was made to feel so welcome and at ease with the loveliest hygienist I have had the pleasure of meeting.
