I had the follow up appointment for the second stage of my implant and George was great as usual. He takes his time, makes sure I fully understand everything and talks me through exactly what will happen next.

It was nice to find the practice had moved to next door. All newly painted and light . Waiting room was large and open with plenty of space and seating. The character of the original building has been kept.
Very disappointed that the down stairs consulting room had not been completed, stairs still had to be climbed.
Staff were friendly and pleasant. Treatment was first class after being informed of what it entailed.
Would recommend.

Kelly took lots of time today to explain exactly how to look after my new dental implant and why it was so important. Great hygiene appointment which left my mouth feeling super clean. Kelly is always really friendly and helpful whenever I visit.

My dental implant fitted today, it’s been a long process but George has been absolutely brilliant. I’m a nervous patient, but he explains everything clearly and really takes time and care over every appointment. New implant now in place and I can’t tell the difference from a real tooth. Saw Kelly this morning for my first appointment since having an implant very successfully fitted. The implant process, although understandably lengthy was completely pain free (apart from the obvious initial injections) and expertly fitted by Georgios and his team.
The whole process was explained to me from the beginning and at every stage throughout the process and I’m extremely pleased with the end result.
This work also included prep work for another possible implant which included a lateral sinus lift and bone graft which was expertly performed by Georgios and a colleague, again with no pain.

Having been with George since he started his practice, I have recieved excellent all round dental care.
I have had three implants now fitted, and I am extremely satisfied with the finished work. I was kept well informed in what was happening all the way through the process , and would urge anyone who is thinking of having this sort of work done to speak to George, who will clearly and explain the process in a friendly and professional manner.
Kelly the hygienist is lovely, she makes you feel at ease, and explains everything she is doing, giving good advice on how to look after your teeth and gums, and praise when you get it right.
All the staff are friendly, helpful and approachable, and Liam the practice manager is a breath of fresh air , and is very knowledgeable.

As always George was lovely, very patient and explained everything. 2 hour appointment booked but thankfully only 90 minutes in the chair. Lots of information on aftercare as well .

Always impressed with how thorough Manos is. We never feel rushed and he takes the time to explain options in detail and answer all of my questions. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly and it’s clear they take great pride in their business. Communication through text and e-mail is very good and I always feel
well informed about cost.

Had a warm welcome and the waiting area was clean with appropriate notices to hand.
The nurse and DENDIST was very sociable with pleasant manner. The surgery was clean and tidy with new chair.
Given information of the treatment that was required which was carried out. Will visit again has required and recommend.
Until the practice moves next door ,the entrance stairs are against it.

After a very large filling fell out, I took the opportunity to have a consultation with Manos. Manos confirmed other known problems with my teeth and we agreed a treatment plan that required 3 Onleys/Inlays (hadn’t heard of these before!). The treatment was carried out over two very long appointments (each of approx. 3 hours). During both appointmemnts Manos kept me informed of what he was doing, but more importantly kept me at ease and comfortable as best he could. I needed some followup minor adjustment, which again Manos did with excellent care and patience. Thank you Dr Manos, thank you Samantha (Dental Nurse) and thank you to the wider team.

Our routine check up with George was again a pleasant and stress free experience for myself and my two children. We had a short wait time and were even seen before our scheduled appointment time! George made my two children feel at ease with his manor and even made them smile.

I needed to deal with a fairly obvious gap in my teeth – a missing incisor. The best answer for me was an implant. It’s necessarily a lengthy process as the implant itself needs time to integrate with the bone of the jaw. Giorgios explained all the stages, so it was clear what I was letting myself in for. Getting used to having a temporary denture whilst the implant was healing was a minor nuisance but unavoidable. But throughout the treatment everyone at PerioWorld was always reassuring and supportive. The treatment is now complete. I’m so pleased with the result, which is brilliant. And that justifies the original decision to go ahead.

My hygiene appointment was with Kelly. Kelly is friendly and keeps you informed with what she is doing. Gives advice on how to look after teeth and gums. Puts you at ease and I would fully recommend her.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to our new dentist who calmly explained each step to my nervous daughter – just what was required and was missed by our last dentist.

The surgery has, undoubtably, been tidied up. In general terms the impression, for me, is that the business has benefitted from a lot of investment. However, today the entrance stairs needed at least vacuuming if not a good clean; there are marks on the walls where the handrail is fixed (perhaps artistic endeavour). I was addressed by a polite young man at the reception desk by my first name despite my having made my preference to be called by my title and surname (Mrs Swainson). That omission of good manners does not upset me but does show a disregard of clients preferences. I was kept waiting for almost ten minutes for my appointment even though “George” did not have a client with him. No explanation, or apology, was given to me. A female member of staff passed through the waiting room several times but did not have the courtesy to say “good morning”. On leaving my appointment I gave the young man some feedback about keeping clients informed which he accepted and thanked me for.

Pleasant and professional visit for my bi-annual check-up. Very efficient and friendly and I was given lots of information about possible future treatment. Thank you.

Having been rather disappointed by the lack of response to 2 separate phone messages trying to confirm a slot for the following day and ringing a 3rd time the day of the appointment at midday , I then had a very good visit for a routine hygiene appointment and was made to feel so welcome and at ease with the loveliest hygienist I have had the pleasure of meeting.

The new set of dentures had been made to fit perfectly without initial pain to the gums etc. and the bite checked. It will be a while for me to get used to having metal in my mouth and placing and removing them but am assured this will ease. I’m hopeful! All done efficiently and questions answered.

First visit for me and my son was not a great start. We had to wait 50 minutes for our appointments. I was meant to be on my lunch break and so it was very stressful. The reception staff were doing all they could but 50 minutes waiting time is not on. If I was 50 minutes late I would miss my appointment and get charged!

I have been visiting here for the past few months.
I had a long period of time between dental visits. I eventually plucked the courage to start the process of repairing some of the damage that had occurred with my gums within the time I had neglected going to the dentist and I can only say that George has done an absolutely amazing job with my gums and dental care. I Can 100% recommend him and his expertise.

I returned for the 2nd time for a denture alteration and this was done in a fast, efficient manner having been seen on time.

The reception was warm and the staff gave a warm welcome. Waiting area was clean . Chairs were comfortably and plenty of them. Plenty of notices we gave advice to patient of what was available and how your information was safe guarded.
Treatment was carried out professionally with every step explained until it was understood.
Dendist and the nurse were friendly and polite.
Have made further appointments.
The only draw back is the stairs need a good clean.

I’ve been very impressed with the first phase of implant treatment that I’ve received. The team have reassured me at every step with their high standard of customer care. They have explained clearly the dental work required, which has been skilfully executed.

Appointment today to try the planned denture for the first time and everything was explained fully to me so. I understood what could and couldn’t be change hereon-in. We started 10 minutes late but still didn’t feel rushed.

Manos Emmanuel filled my tooth brilliantly. I was nervous but this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Great technique and made me feel very comfortable while it was taking place.

I highly recommend Manos.

Efficient and very pleasant service as always

On arrival I was seen within 15 mins and meanwhile chatted with the receptionist quite happily (I’ve been going there for a while now). The crown fit was straightforward and carried out with efficient expertise.

Kelly is a warm and cheerful person who provides a thorough dental hygiene service

Having recently had 4 appointments to put right many things that needed doing, I have to say that I was very impressed with the treatment I received. Getting used to my new back tooth implant fitted a few days ago. Needed an implant as the old natural tooth had decayed beyond repair during lockdown. Procedure explained carefully and professionally at each stage. Treatment was efficient and recovery carefully explained as it needs a few visits over several months. Very happy with outcome and can now chew on both sides of my jaw.

The care and check you are ok all through your visit, from arriving, through the procedure and when leaving. Makes such a difference to your visit. Treatment was very good, timely and pain free.

My recent visit to the dentist started really well, the appointment started on time. I know that is not always possible but it does reduce the stress. I was there for a filling and Giorgios got on with job without any unnecessary discussion about holidays, football or the weather.
The injection, drilling and filling went smoothly and I felt at ease in the hands of a total professional at all times.

I cannot recommend this practice enough, I am a very, very nervous patient, they really make sure to talk you through everything to make sure you are ok. This all starts with the reception staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. George, the dentist, has gone above and beyond to make sure I am OK at all stages of my treatment. Cannot thank them enough.

I’ve attended this surgery for well over twenty years, I’ve never missed an appointment although you have cancelled my appointments twice since the new management took over. I understand that some patients do not attend their appointments and I think it is correct to penalise them by insisting on a 50% deposit, or even full payment in advance. However treating all your your good clients similarly is just not equitable and the lack of trust could result in loss of many loyal patients.

Regarding the deposits paid are they accounted for separately in your accounts, so that they can easily be refunded if a client cancels their appointment with appropriate notice, moves from the area, dies or is in some other way unable to attend your surgery?

I have paid the required deposits for my next appointments but I urge you to reconsider this policy please.

First attendance with George at Perioworld so initial assessment due. No extra time wasting nonsense. Clearly explained course of action including dental hygiene forward plan. All recommendations were provided with options and costed at the time .

As a patient who had not been to a dentist for a very long time, and was extremely nervous and anxious, I was made to feel welcome and not silly at being frightened about going to the practice. Also I knew my teeth were not the best and George was understanding and made me feel ok about being worried. I would highly recommend this practice as all staff are friendly and understanding.

I’m so grateful for how patient & kind everyone who works at Perio World are I feel a bit of a nuisance as everytime there’s a rise in Covid-19 infection rates I have to cancel or rearrange as I’m Immunocompromised and having vaccine 7 this week.

Visiting the dentist is never a pleasant thing as I am plagued with problems but it is all made much easier with the friendliness of the team. I have always found that appointment times are also kept to within reason and the treatments themselves are executed with the minimum discomfort as possible.

I saw Georgios Moschonas for a check. Having had an x-ray under NICE guidelines, Georgios advised me there was a problem with one of my upper back teeth . Georgios explained the options and I chose to have a replacement cap. I had two separate one hour appointments. The procedures were clearly explained at each stage and I didn’t feel any pain. I am very satisfied with replacement cap. Both Georgios and Tania ( dental nurse) were very professional and approachable and put me at ease. We also had a laugh as well , which can only be a good thing when one is at the dentist.

I was greeted in a cheery manner by all members of the team and my appointment was on time. The treatment itself was carried out with the least possible discomfort so I left happy with the result.

It was so refreshing to be greeted by friendly staff and who provided a prompt and professional service.

I feel so grateful for their understanding of how anxious I was and the whole team from booking the appointment on the phone,so friendly & understanding,to meeting Dennis who totally helped me relax,love Greece, and I think Carly who came and met me outside,apologies if I remembered your name wrong.
The 2 beautiful ladies i met on reception also. Who even remembered my husband and our business. 🤗
